At Anna October, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
